TheIntelligentNomad provides destination research tools, preference-based rankings, and budget calculations. Information is for general planning only. It is not immigration, legal, tax, investment, medical, or safety advice. Consult appropriate official resources and qualified professionals for your circumstances.

Estimates and limitations
All current city budget figures are illustrative editorial assumptions, not verified live prices. Match scores represent alignment within a limited curated collection, not a guarantee that a destination is suitable. Property-level internet, availability, local conditions, and official rules require independent confirmation. Update dates are revision dates, not verification dates.

Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and use accurate information. Do not attempt to access another person’s private records, abuse forms, disrupt the service, or use the platform unlawfully. Do not store sensitive identity or financial documents in the application. You may remove your own account and saved information through account settings.

Free and future paid services
The present MVP offers its essential planning tools free of charge. Nomad Plus and Nomad Teams show proposed prices and planned features only. Joining an early-access list does not create a paid subscription. No payment-card information is requested or stored by this site. Any future checkout will display applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.

External links and photographs may be governed by their providers’ terms. Links are supplied for research, not as endorsements or proof of the estimates shown. No active affiliate partnerships are claimed. If affiliate links are introduced, they will be disclosed clearly and will not silently influence ranking.
